Positives:
We felt safe in our location and within the building. Hallways and entrance were clean and air conditioning worked well throughout
Negatives:
Soaking wet carpets in all 3 rooms that we paid for. Because of the wet carpets that had clearly just been washed that afternoon, the rooms were extremely humid, smelly like mildew and mold. Additionally, we had no place to set our bags on the floor. Although we cranked the AC as cold as possible to help dry out the room and decrease the wet dog smell it remained. We asked for another room for just our oldest parents because the smell was that bad, but no room was said to be available. We are disappointed that were were not offered some financial compensation for the trade of $180 nightly rate/room. (Please consider extra fans in the room on the days that you need to wash carpets - professional grade floor fans will decrease the dry time before your future guests check in)
