Noisy kids in the hall until 2am. Added billing for parking after being highly taxed for being in Overland Park. Seriously, so many add on taxes and fees. Just pile on with parking, too! Also, a shower is not wheelchair accessible when it's in a bathtub...

I felt very special because every time I entered the facility worker Caleb Patton always would say welcome back Mrs Hampton , how’s everything going do you need anything if so just let us know. Also the property is just beautiful and peaceful.

Two of the elevators were broken, so we waited quite often for an elevator. You have to sign up for Hilton Rewards to access basic wifi and pay if you want better wifi.
