When we first arrived the lady at the front desk asked us to sit down because they were having issues with the check in process. We sat there for about an hour we watched her check someone else in but she never told us she could. I was sitting outside and I asked one of the other workers was there another way to check people in he stated she could just not from the other computer. He walked me back in and had her check us in. If it wasn’t for him we probably would still be sitting there.

In short: checked in at 10 PM, gave us a room Already Occupied!!!!!!!! also, I turned off what I thought was the light switch, which looked exactly like a regular switch on the wall, it turn off all Electricity in the room! Had to use the light on our

We used the light on our cell to call front desk! they said there's a Switch box on the wall & open it and flip the switches! We had to use our cell light for that. the front desk said they would adjust bill, did Nothing!!!
