The only reason this wasn't a 10 out of 10 was because the host/check in woman was super rude. She didn't greet me and rushed my check in process. The morning staff was also nowhere to be found. Once I found someone to tell that the regular coffee pot was empty that person seemed annoyed.

The bugs and being charged $120 that the hotel cant find a receipt for said they would call me back but did not . Pool is loud; few beverage and tea options; bath tub /shower drain not working well it pools water.

Good location. Kids enjoyed the pool. The front desk woman was very kind and knowledgeable in the areas.
Negatives:
Twice housekeeping walked into the room without permission. First when we first checked in and on again the following day at 8 am. Check out isnt until 11 and we were all still in bed. Management and housekeeping should update their logs to reflect people staying in what room. Dishes were marked clean but were dirty. I always travel with a sponge and dish soap to rewash before use.

Loved the rooms with a kitchen and separate bedroom. It makes it so easy for families to enjoy their stay. My girls loved the cookies in the afternoon.

Our room was close to the garbage bin and the garbage guys came early in the morning. The hotel tried to get them to come later for us.

Easy access to downtown and has many nearby grocers and restaurants.
Negatives:
Room may have had a pet prior to our arrival and smelled a mixture of cleaning products and prior pet. They did let us check in early, though, and that was our top priority. It was good enough but not exceptional.

Positives:
Spacious and clean rooms. The staff was friendly. The breakfast was nice and had a good variety. I traveled with my wife and 5 children ages 1, 2, 9, 11, 12. It suited us fine.
Negatives:
Nothing.
