Average Ive stayed here in the past and it was better

We couldn't have had a better location. Took the kids to the zoo, children's museum , a local park and a baseball game. Everything was less then 20 minutes away. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was hot and attendant was great with the kids.
Negatives:
Pool was a little cool but the kids didn't care. Could use a bigger garbage can in the kitchen. With 5 of us in the room it filled up fast. The house keeper had to empty it everyday. Nothing major just our observations.

Horrible customer service. They messed up my confirmation for two rooms. We're profiling us because we had children of different race. Accused us of smoking MJ in the room!!!! They said the pool was not open then opened it at 900 at night for other people. Was full of a softball team that took over the lobby area and theater area. They say none smoking facility but people in the back and front smoking even staff!!! Very poorly ran need new staff or some training in hospitality.
