On this site Booking.com, I specifically requested a room with a separate bedroom/living room. When I asked the person at the front desk, I was told in essence that since I booked through a third party, those requests are not honored. The person did not even attempt to look to see if I could have been accommodated. I had booked this place for a month long stay.

That my request for rooms close together wasn't fulfilled we were 5 floors apart that isn't close at all that was my biggest concern we had little grandbabies with us and really needed to be together. So I'm not sure how that was overlooked but we survived.
