Dirty …. Everything in room was dirty minus the tables and trash cans. Shower was disgusting hair and clogged and water came out brown , bed sheets had some hairs like they were not washed properly… smelled burnt in the facility, the outside also looked trashy not maintenance, we stayed at most expensive hotel expected a better quality and it was worse. Its a small town nobody lives there not sure why they couldn’t clean up one room for one guest. And there was no soap for washing hands??? First ever not having a hotel with no soap to wash hands.

location-- good access in and out.

there was a remodel going in . the room was not put together, No coffee pot, had to ask for one. We had a phone but it was not hooked up. no cord and no power. The room cards kept quiting would have to get them reprogrammed , over and over. We stayed by the back door for medical reasons and it would not work.

Upon arriving service desk worker was on her personal phone talking for 2,3 minutes then didn't even greet us was more " just give me your name and leave".. we booked 2 rooms with 4 beds for 3 nites ,we arrived Friday morning a day late but it was OK because we had paid for the 3 nites and one of the rooms was super dirty wasn't even ready for us... I just feel the staff that day is just there for a check not because they enjoy their jobs..we've stayed their before and has been ok but this time just wasn't it .. maybe someday we might stay again .. thankyou
