Positives: Newer paint and some fixtures.
Negatives: the bathroom faucet did not function properly, could not cold water to work. It was extremely hot in room when I first arrived b/c air was off so I stayed outside for quite a while.

Positives: Roundly know the west piped busted soon arrival and whole place was shut down went to Russell lodge that was a good stay
Negatives: Dont know place shut down luckily the Russell lodge was open and had rooms
