The price of the room was the initial intrigue to reserve a room.
Negatives:
The hotel waits to decide to tell you about a $200 hidden security deposit fee that you pay upon arrival, four times the amount of the room. I ultimately wasnt able to get into my room for not being able to afford the fee.

The rooms smelled old/musty, and the AC didn't work very well, didn't cool room

No Local attendant upon check in. Only video kiosk. Employee available on check out but still used kiosk to check out. Adverted rates on marquee were 40% less than what were charged.

I had a hard time checking in they couldnt find my reservation. I had to put a 100.00 deposit down after already having paid for the room when booking it online.

No actual person in lobby... Check in by remote. I didn't appreciate this, needs to be a real person! Room showed much deferred maintenance, i.e. big gap under doorway, numerous other examples.

Dealt with person through a machine. Charged another $100. Had trouble getting a copy of the credit the next morning. Never again

It was filthy. Dirt and hair stuck in corners of the bathroom carpet was suspect. The bed felt like it had a slab of plywood underneath. Breakfast was a tiny container of OJ (bad), a plastic wrapped muffin and coffee. Not very pleasant.

Water barely drained. Very old hotel and is currently being renovated, so they said. Breakfast left much to be desired. It was either granola bars or packaged muffins.
