The property looks old and needed to be updated. The carpet in the hallways need to be replaced. It coming loose from the walls and I feel its dangerous. My mom was using a scooter and the carpet kept bunching up

I reserved Double Suite got King I ended up on a sofa bed. Pool Hot tub not working. Desk Staff indifferent. Asked for room supplies told they would be at desk. Told would receive discount for room mix up - not received. Would not give me a receipt.

Hot Tub not working, TVs in breakfast area were not working efficiently- no remote availability. Biggest issue was that on your TV in the room was that no guide or even a list of channels.
