Negatives: Elevator too far from desk! I am disabled, not favorable for myself. Booking accessible room only to be told it did not have stool to take bath. I had to go and purchase one they said. And the accessibility to the room from elevator not good.

Positives: Staff was friendly and breakfast was good.
Negatives: Never got the new towels, I had to go and ask for them. Also, I had to ask for toilet paper, and trash was never taken out, even though I asked for the room to be cleaned. The beds are no longer the quality they use to be for a Hampton Inn.

Negatives: Doors, Elevators, flooring, etc showed extra wear to them. Had the appearance of uncleanliness but my room once I made it in was very clean. The rest of the hotel however just had a run down feel to it.
