You need new management and to clean your property. It was overgrown. He accuses someone in my family of smoking because the windows were open. My entire family left upset. The hotel was dirty. There were gnats in the lamps. The carpets were sticky. Tile floors were slippery or greasy. The pool was closed. AC in room did not keep up. First floor windows were unlocked.
