Im a idiot and booked this hotel 30+ minutes away from the place i was having a wedding at...but that was on me. The hotel was more than worth the drive i would definitely stay there again.
Plus, I saw a cute puppy staying at the hotel ❤️

They have soft water haha but that's a personal opinion not a deal breaker

The handicapped room we requested was the furthest from the elevator - a long walk for a person that has trouble walking! The handicap facilities in the room were good, except that the bathtub didn't have any grips on the bottom, and was very slippery to get in and out of.
The WiFi never did work. Staff said that we had to bring our phone to the front desk to find out why, so after making the long trek to the desk, there were others there also complaining that the WiFi wasn't working. It never did work - even the next day.

I really didn't feel like the room was clean. I felt like the bed had a musty smell, and the linens were not sanitized. There was a lot of commotion in the hall after hours. We were put up on the 4th floor. I feel like we were put there probably because the rooms on the other floors weren't cleaned. The property wasn't very busy based on the number of vehicles in the parking lot. I've stayed here 3 times trying to give it a chance, I will try to avoid staying here in the future. The location is convenient, and that's why I've gone back.
