Negatives: Only one elevator was working. Key cards were not working. Facilities were outdated and in need of repair. No breakfast. Pool was crowded. Several birthday parties going on at the same time. It would have been nice if they could have booked the parties at different times.

Negatives: The staff was rude, the room I paid for in advance wasn't ready when I went to check in after 5pm, the door of my room stuck, the bed was horribly uncomfortable

Negatives: I , it’s ran down, no maintenance. Hot tub didn’t work, sauna didn’t work. Work out equipment is a joke. The building is in need of serious renovation. Ac in room barely work. Beds are terrible. Pillows small. Blankets weren’t changed out had crumbs behind the mattress. Trash sitting in lobby areas. Pool over chlorinated. Overall I wasted my money staying here and was very disappointed.

Negatives: No breakfast The window in our room had a hole in it so it didn’t stay cool my toddler was hot switch rooms the new room was better but the door handle on the bathroom broke

Negatives: Need more clean and be drug free smell weed a lot

Negatives: Not a very good poolside view. Window faced wall and only had a doorway size view of pool area. Mattress seemed wore out or cheap. Wife was looking forward to hot tub but got broke on Friday, so unable to use at all. Was part of main reason for choosing.

Negatives: There were a bunch of homeless people that were in the parking lot at all times of the day, there were people smoking pot in the hotel, and some of the people staying in the hotel did not seem like safe people.

Negatives: We booked a premium room poolside with upgraded snack box since we were traveling with our two young boys. We were put on the fifth floor and told they do not have premium rooms with snack boxes, despite this being advertised at the front desk. Only one elevator worked for the entire hotel and it was being serviced after we arrived. We had one towel in the bathroom for the four of us, which was remedied fairly quickly by staff. The tv was not working upon arrival but we were able to fix that. The room was warm and humid despite having the air conditioner set at 60 for the entire weekend. There were never clean towels available at the pool and the used towel bucket was overflowing. We were able to get clean towels for the pool each night by stopping at the front desk and asking. The vending machines did not work with either card or cash.
