Negatives: The beds were hard, but we still enjoyed the stay. Breakfast wasn't anything to get excited about, but it was available.

Negatives: The rooms were so nasty, bed bugs, lights didn't work. Rude front counter staff. We refused to sleep there! Four other families checked out like us! Don't recommend!!! Drug users and homeless in parking lot walking through cars, and asking for money.

Negatives: The location is horribly over ran with homeless people and drug addicts, the elevator only worked when the cleaning staff was on duty other than that it was ?broke down?. I would not stay there again.

Negatives: Everything. Elevator was broken so we had to carry everything including our almost 3 year old that can't walk up multiple flights of stairs in the heat to the 6th floor. The room was dirty and the bed was extremely uncomfortable. The hallway had spiders and roaches. There was very little parking and the parking lot had multiple spots of broken glass. It didn't look anything like the pictures. The air conditioning in the room didn't work and was really loud. The ottoman looked as if it had been stabbed multiple times. The refrigerator was all iced up. When we checked in the front desk acted like we were the problem for the elevator because we checked in late and only top floors were available, however we had called around 630/7 to say we were running late and nothing was said. They ended up charging up $6 more than room was said to be.

Negatives: The outside has a dingy unkempt appearance. Homeless people around. The whole hotel smelled bad.?the halls smelled like exhaust. The room wasn?t super clean but could?ve been worse. The toilet didn?t flush. The tv never worked. Elevators quit working too

Negatives: The food staff was really rude stopped serving breakfast because he did not want to nomore closed the door on kids and all ppl staying there pointing at a fsmily of 5 talking about them in another language

Negatives: I reserved through booking.com for a Saturday night. They called me at 5:30 P.M. to tell me they didn't have a room for me even though I booked through booking.com. Then they CHARGED me for a no show!

Negatives: Neighborhood was sketchy, hard to get into room with narrow hall and another room arm reach away. Small rooms.

Negatives: The hotel did not give me the rooms I booked, the shower had mold in it, the breaker box was in the bathroom, one of the lamps didn?t even work, the bed was not comfortable and to top it off the elevator was broke.

Negatives: The beds are horrible and my pillow case was dirty. I took a shower and started to put soap on my wash cloth and that was dirty too.
