When we arrived, the room smelled like wet dog. We asked for another room but none was available. Since it was booked through Booking.com I contacted them for a resolution but no one at the property answered the phone so they emailed you and received no response. I emailed you and received no response. We were traveling with two very small children and did not want to stay in a room that smelled like wet dog so we sought accommodations elsewhere. Very, very displeased with the conduct of this hotel and it's not indicative of the many stays I've had at Holiday Inns. I chose this hotel because of the great reputation and expectation of cleanliness and this property failed in that regard and failed in your response to any inquiry to resolve the issue.

Room reeked of smoke and my son was hyper allergic to smoke and I requested a non smoking room very dissatisfied, also TV wasnt working so that was a complete disappointment and they couldnt fix it.

The location was fine. The linens were clean.

The rooms had a funny smell to them and when the air conditioning turned on, it made the smell even worse. It was a bit outdated as well. Some of the staff seemed not too happy to work or be there, especially this older lady at the front desk during the morning. She was rude. The lobby smelled good and clean and the rooms smelled like mildew or molded cheese. The shower definitely needed to be updated, it had cracks and dirt in the corners.
