Older lady at check-in was super nice, was able to move us to ground floor since my wife was disabled.
Negatives:
I put in notes at booking for ground floor since my wife was physically hurt I needed ground floor but was put in 3rd floor. Fortunately lady at check-in was super nice and got us move to ground floor.
