OYO Hotel Cave City KY

Negatives: couldn;t get tv or internet Beds were low to the ground and mattresses were sagging once you were on one. Also there wasn't any table in the room or chair or desk.

Negatives: This was a terrible experience! I stay in lots of places because we travel frequently. This was by far the wort hotel I've ever been in. The hotel smells of Marijuana and tobacco. The hotel said they are keeping my deposit because of smoke smells in the room. We absolutely did not smoke anything in the room! This is outrageous to do this to good people. Someone called the police on someone last night, and they think it was us, but it wasn't! Drug trafficking and other illegal activities are this hotels clients. If you don't do drugs, drink, or smoke, please stay away from here. They only want the rifraft ! They will try to steal your money through the deposit and false allegations. I had to call the police when they were trying to make us leave early. Never again would I step foot anywhere near here again! This is a disgrace!

Negatives: When we went to take a shower there was no hot water. Went to desk, no one answered the door. It was 10 am before anyone showed up and they had a disconnect notice for water on door. I ask for a refund for the night I paid for and they wouldn’t give it to me. We did not even have a lamp in the room or a chair. I travel a lot and have never had such poor service.phkne numbers I called was never answered

Negatives: Not enough hot water ! Lol But still great value!

Negatives: I arrived at this property at 10:30 pm after driving 8 hrs. There was a bright neon “OPEN” sign that was illuminated, a number to call after 3 pm and a Ring doorbell for night service. The office was locked, the voicemail attached to the phone number didn’t ring and was full and the Ring doorbell didn’t work. I stood at the front door for 10 mins with no help. I called OYO customer service who said I arrived too late and gave me another number to call that was also not ringing and voicemail full. I sat in my car for another 25 to book a room somewhere else. I stopped by the property the next day to speak to someone about a refund and was greeted by a guy who was sitting at the table with two others and didn’t acknowledge me. I had to ask if he worked there and he said yes. I explained my situation and he said everything was closed because there were no vacancies. I had a paid reservation, drove 8hrs from MI just to be left in the dark about what was going on, given the run around from customer service and greeted with a defensive employee who didn’t care. I do not recommend this location!
