Unfriendly guy at the window upon check-in. We were told we did not have a room even though I had a confirmation number. Musty smell as soon as we opened the door. Bed not equipped with bed bug protection. Bathroom ceiling stained and chipped. Used roll of toilet paper unrolled and touching the floor. When we returned to the window another rude guy refused to refund us. We did not stay and would not recommend to anyone.
