Noah at the front desk was wonderful. The bartender was wonderful. Beautiful atrium.

Room was dirty and dated. Toilet paper frame was falling out of wall and was completely rusted. I found dark black hair in the shower and on the floor. When I complained, a front desk worker (a woman... possible Leah) told me she'd refund my $$ and I could go elsewhere. Furniture was worn out and ripped. Room service for dinner was atrocious. My daughter's food was made wrong and they forgot her side dishes; I ordered a steak and it was inedible b/c it was overcooked and all fat. My mashed potatoes were cold. Asperagus was old. Put food out around 6:45 pm on Friday and at 11:15 on Saturday it was still sitting outside our room.

Water was cold, no WiFi, pool was only 4ft, found out day after we had to pay 12 every time we left and came back when the day before they said we can come and go as we pleased, staff was dismissive and almost aggravated we left and came back. We were offered one drink on the house and told a time different than what was allowed to get it.

The entire staff was amazing from the front desk agents, to the bar staff and valet. In addition, location was perfect. I love the view of the river from my room especially at night!
Negatives:
The property is very old and outdated. The room door is off of the hinges and extremely difficult to open and close. When I initially entered the room the door fell on me causing me brushing. Then the bathroom sink had a horrible leak and was clogged (this eventually got repaired after multiple times reporting it), the happy hour times for the bar were not given out correctly, tv has no channels and is not a smart television, no apps such as YouTube or Netflix available and mold was on my pillows and they never brought new ones!
