Breakfast was good. Our room view was great.

The associate checking us in was not informative at all, as where to park or what to do, didn't tell us about the complimentary breakfast. We just felt lost after checking in.
Also, the a/c in the room wouldn't get below 76. So therefore, the two nights we were there we didn't really sleep. Housekeeping had come into the room Saturday while we were out, but never replenished any fresh towels, coffee packet or coffee cups, bed wasn't made. The only reason I knew they were there was a couple wash cloths were gone I had tossed on the bathroom floor. I feel for the amount of money we got charged for this two night stay it should've been better hospitality, and not to mention $25.00 for parking for two days. ABSURD!!! I don't expect anything to happen after leaving this review but I feel you can do better.

The staff were very friendly and we loved the breakfast. The atrium is lovely and our kids enjoyed the pool. Beds were very clean and very comfortable.
Negatives:
The air conditioning did not work until 2 full days into our stay and it never caught up to cooling completely down. The rooms are in dire need of renovation. And I mean DIRE. The carpets are so stained. The bathroom/tub was horrific. Chairs are stained or the fake leather is peeling. Dispensers were not attached to wall. It was definitely NOT worth the $3,400 bill.

The parking garage couldn't fit my SUV, so we had to pay to park in the outdoor lot across the street. The AC didn't work in our room at all, so it was 80° our whole stay. There weren't king bed pillows on our king bed. Instead they put couch pillows inside standard pillow cases-that was what we used for pillows to sleep. The bathroom sink dripped all night, and we couldn't tighten the knob enough for it to stop. And the dining chairs were absolutely filthy with large brown stains covering the fabric. The room was disgusting. Definitely NOT worth upgrading to river view for a $300 price tag. We'll stay elsewhere next time.

The pool smelled of urine and my room smelled the same. Very musky smell in the bathroom and main sitting area in room. For the price I paid I thought this stay would have been more fancier and a lot cleaner.

The breakfast was decent BUT, there was no chef to cook the omelet as promised. We were really looking forward to haven’t a fresh made omelet. The pancakes were cold and crunchy.

I called the front desk to report my issue and was told the ac was not working and it was being worked on and that probably moving to a different room would not help or resolve my problem ..room was dirty, dusty and seemed like it hasn’t been deep cleaned in awhile .. was not what I expected my stay to be
