Breakfast is almost nonexisitant. Breakfast bars or a small prepackaged small muffin. Coffee or tea. Should not advertise a breakfast.

Noise from traffic outside. Noise from refrigerator in room. Elevator is very slow. Cleaning carts/equipment stored in the hallways.

They had computer chairs at the table and my 86 year old mom fell because the chair rolled out from under her! She hurt her hand and leg. We told the check in person and they just said it hurt them to look at it and said they hated those chairs too! Mad

When trying to ask to store our luggage just for an hour after we checked out for 3 day stay and was told no. Seemed like she didn't even hear me out. Said no after the first 3 words of my sentence. Not very good customer service.

I didnt like that they had bins for cigarettes directly outside the front door. They advertised free breakfast, but it was grab and go with a very disappointing selection. The advertised gym was incredibly misleading. Bed and pillows were uncomfortable

Location was pretty good for walking to GABP during daylight. I recommend Uber after dark.
