The property location was great. The shuttle ran as stated and provided great service to various locations.
Negatives:
The staff was generally overwhelmed as information was difficult to obtain at times. Our stay was for two nights and breakfast was good the first morning but non existent the second, although the left over doughnuts and muffins from the day before were available. There was no silverware, the eggs, bacon and hash browns were probably cooked but ice cold as the warming tray was not working. As breakfast was included in the price we expected more.

The location was perfect!!!.Covington isn't the BEST place but we felt safe and it was convenient. The staff was amazing. All of them!!! I had pleasant interactions with everyone I ran into that worked there.

The location was close to everything we wanted to do!

We had 4 people on the reservation for our room!! They only gave us 3 towels!!! I went to the front desk and ask for more towels they were extremely RUDE and did not want to give us more towels! I’m sorry but we are NOT sharing! Most women use 2 towels each when showering!!! We will never stay here again! Staff was very rude! Our room was not clean! We ask for tissues and never did receive them
