The breakfast was ok not great but adequate. The staff was friendly helpful and accommodating. Being absolutely new to the city the staff went above and beyond helping me navigate the city. The facilities were dated but about what I expected. The location was ok and close to every thing I wanted to see so I was ok with the property

When needing to contact from desk , no one answered the phone after several tries.
Needed a blanket and went to front desk to find no one and waited for 10 minutes - still no one.

It was close to Great American Ballpark and getting to and from the ballpark was easy.
Negatives:
What stood out about our room that the bathroom didn’t have any towel racks. We found that. Wet strange. We had to hang our towels on the door handles or lay them on the bathroom counter.

Positives:
Despite the look of the hotel, the bed and pillows were comfortable and the shower was nice, the water pressure was great and it got hot and stayed hot!
Negatives:
The area was a tad sketchy and the hotel is in desperate need of a makeover! It's old looking!
