Beds were uncomfy, pool was disgusting, some of the staff were rude and seemed like they didn’t want to do their job. The only nice one was the sweet pregnant lady with glasses at the front. The rooms smelled like medicine and cleaning products. And the “comforter” was paper thin.

The staff are unbelievably rude and will yell at you, hang up the phone and talk over you when you ask questions. This is the absolute worst place to stay in the Elizabethtown area. I wouldn’t recommend this place to a roach.

Location- Within walking distance to several restaurants & Located next to the interstate.
Negatives:
Floor in our room had broken planks that caused a foot injury. No available seating outside to enjoy the night air. Grounds covered in litter. Intoxicated individuals gathered in the lobby and parking lot that weren't guests at the hotel. Ice machines out of order. Reptiles and other critters kept calling under the door of our room. Emergency exits were never locked so anyone could just enter the hotel without a key.

I never got to stay at the super eight by Wyndham and Elizabethtown. On our way there I checked with the hotel to make sure they had a room with two beds as my sister was joining me. They told me they had absolutely no reservation for me. So Booking.com sent me to another hotel, which was quality Inn, and it was absolutely terrible. There were nothing but construction workers there because they told me they were going to be in charge of the demolition of the hotel. The key they gave me to get into the room would not work after walking at least a half a mile around the hotel to get into the room then I walked a half a mile back and caring suitcases all this time, very warm weather I might add. Got the second key and it still would not work this time. I was very tired and frustrated. There had been a whole day of baseball and I was fed up. I went back to the desk and said I’m not staying here cancel my stay in this dump and I left we drove 45 minutes to my sons place just to know we had a place to stay. I will never use hotels.com again and I am going to write recommendations on the website.

I never got to the property because I called in the morning and they said they had no reservation for us and so I called Booking.com and they said no they did not have a reservation there. I would like to note that they had it removed $211.35 from my charge card account.
