We’re staying in the NICU...
Positives:
Breakfast was excellent! I always love the waffles! Parking was easy and free. Staff was very nice at the front desk and breakfast area.
Negatives:
The rugs were very stained as soon as I walked into the lobby. Then in the room the colored runner at the foot of the bed had a stain on it as well as the cloth chair. Also, the toilet was so low to the ground that I felt as if I was in an elementary school restroom.

Myself and four other people who checked in couldn’t get key cards to work we each had our cards re done 3 times before the front desk clerk manual let us into our rooms. Then had the nerve to ask us not to leave as she didn’t want to have to let us in each time. Get working cards then! At 5 am the front desk tried to let manual let someone into my room. Thankful my dogs barking and growling alerted me. When I screamed out they stopped but left the door open. I then heard them say oh 2nd floor. I was completely undressed. I feel no longer safe here. This was unprofessional and unsafe!
