Carpet had stale odor.

Nothing. Ladders in the hallways, drywall mud in floors, piece of drywall and drywall dust in floors. Complete mess.

The hotel is shabby and needs updating. Carpet is worn, a hole in the all was patched but not painted, the hair dryer didnt work, etc.

Centrally located and I-75 is less than a half mile away. Breakfast is excellent! Considering price of room,you can't beat it. Also free coffee in lobby 24/7. Gourmet, decaf Hot water ect.
