booked a room they gave us a handicap accessible room, that was definitely not handicap ada compliant, small room probably couldn't get a wheelchair around in that room. Housekeeping only left one bath towel in the room, i had to run down to front desk to get towels, also had a little roll of toilet paper and no other

The hotel provided an immaculate cleaning service and an excellent hot breakfast. Most of the cleaning staff made us feel welcome by speaking to us when we entered and exited. Honestly, I would stay there again because it was very clean and safe. Shopping and good food are located all around the hotel within minutes. I give it four stars.
Negatives:
Unfortunately, we stayed for a week, and when we entered the hotel, only one young lady spoke to us at the front desk when she was there. Other front desk staff seemed to speak to everybody but us. We felt ignored even though I didn't ask for anything.

Unfortunately this building has glass doors that lead to a balcony for every room. This allows outside sounds to dominate the sound in your room making it almost impossible to get to sleep. You hear the tire tread on the pavement of every car, the honk of every horn, the revving of every motorcycle/truck, and the blaring sirens of emergency vehicles. A building like this needs to be in a secluded area, free from traffic. The remote for the TV didn't work.
