I liked how the rooms was set up like a mini one bed room apartment. Was in a very good location as well. The staff worked with me as this was a last minute reservation after a mix up with another hotel. The sitting area out side was perfect to entertain without all the noise in the room. Will be back.

Kitchen area was spotless and the food was good. Outdoor pool was very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the racquet courts. We appreciated adjoining rooms with a shared common space.
Negatives:
Room was not clean. We worked with management and they got it taken care of after a couple of requests. I am sure it was just an oversight and won't happen again.

Special shoutouts to the friendly front desk lady and the talented kitchen chef, who prepared delicious meals with love and care. That lady in charge of the kitchen truly stood out - her warmth and hospitality made us feel like we were part of the family, with a 'mama' who cared about our every need. Her exceptional service made our stay truly special!"

The hotel comprises three separate buildings on the property. They are not connected. So, on rainy or snowy days, you’ve got to go out in the elements till you reach the main building for BKF or to check in or out.

Great value for a family of five. Loved the two bedroom suite with full kitchen. The hotel isn’t the newest building in the area, but it was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. Shuttle driver was great for information.
