Negatives: The bathroom sink clearly had been broken off the wall at one point. It was fixed and serviceable, but you could easily see where the repair was made, and not very pretty.

Negatives: Not much to choose for breakfast

Negatives: My bf woke up to something biting him and when we looked there was a bed bug, we only found the one but that was enough for us to check out as soon as we got dressed and then threw out stuff straight in the washer backpacks and all!

Negatives: Everything was disgusting. The floor is sticky and full of crust that gets picked up by our feet and we had to clean them off every time we got in bed. There were bugs everywhere including BED BUGS. The shower was damaged and had a leaky faucet. You can hear and smell everything outside the room. Cigarette smoke was coming through the door making it feel like a smoking room when it was supposed to be non smoking. We were constantly disturbed by stomping and loud talking when we were trying to sleep. Maintenance opened the door and tried to come in before we could even wake up and give permission. The staff is rude and unaccommodating. The chair in the corner is covered in stains. Staff claimed there was no way to set up a gaming system to the tv so we had to bring our own. The room looked nothing like the pictures. Staff lied about how long we could have our dog there over the phone so when we arrived we were told something completely different. The pool was closed even though it’s scolding hot outside. Fire alarm went off for no reason. We tried to shorten our stay because of how dissatisfied we were but they wouldn’t allow it and offered a refund that would still have us paying more than we would if we had originally booked only 3 days.
