Negatives: Friday night was extremely loud after 10:00

Negatives: Soon as we opened the door you could smell smoke the room was rented as non smoking. The lady said that was all they had left. Nobody was seen in there till breakfast then they were only 9 or 10 people.

Negatives: Potholes in parking lot, unfinished landscaping, needs coat of paint, no a/c in lobby or halls, no next day room servicing.

Negatives: The service the room. I checked in at 430 and they told me they didn't have a room. The staff member that checked me in even laughed about it because they was so behind as she was telling me my room wasn't ready a hour later was bad for me

Negatives: Was woken up at 8 a.m. on a Saturday morning by housekeeping after just checking in at midnight. I told him I didn't need anything and he still proceeded to ask me again and again what I needed.... a male, of course. None can listen. And choppy English too so that's great, I love being woken up by some idiot that can't take no for an answer the first time; males never can!! In any situation I really don't appreciate this treatment especially since the room was a higher price for the holiday weekend, price gougers this WAS my 3rd time staying here but I guess I need to find somewhere else for my regular hotel visits because I'm not going to be pestered by a male anywhere ever. last time I stayed I asked if I could sit at the pool chairs just to tan and was told no, I understand the pool isn't open but if I'm paying $100 a night why can't I use a damn chair? Breakfast is various forms of bread. Yeah I guess I'll have to find a new hotel.

Negatives: I was woken up by a maintenance guy saying he needs to get in my room, and I told him no originally. He then told me that there was a leak in the room below me and he needed to check my shower. There was no justification or phone call from the front desk to let us know . Not being from the area at a hotel having someone you dont know come to ask to get into your room is not a good think in my books

Negatives: The parking lot needs to be fix

Negatives: Large party going on at 11:30pm-midnight- totally disrespectful for the organization to event book those hours when we stayed the room directly beside the conference room. Kids running everywhere, music blaring, bumping walls. Luckily there was one room left on the first floor staff moved us to, at 11:45 at night. Other guests were also very disappointed in this event situation and how it was handled. No control over anything that was happening. Stains in ceiling, burn hole in sheets, outdated.
