The rooms are clean the rooms are clean but the breakfast was cold and the manager is extremely rude all the other staff is very friendly

Cobwebs not cleaned up and just a overall nasty place. Also my keys stopped working, when i went to get keys reprogrammed he never asked my name or for my id to confirm i was actually supposed to be getting access to this room.

The staff was very nice and accommodating.

The hotel was dirty. Carpet in both common area &room was sticky. Comforters didn't seem like they had been washed. At 1:30am there were 10-15 people just hanging out throughout the parking lot. Seemed like a low end apartment complex.

The laundry dryer was thumping against the wall !! The office personnel wasnt even in the office 98% of the time. We didnt get the room we paid for.

Not much of anything. Nothing worked and staff didnt help at all

Everything. Nothing in my room worked and was reported and nothing was done about it. I was charged wrong for the second night

Front desk check in was very friendly.

The hotel was dirty. Carpet was sticky in the room, TV did not work. Lamp shade was FALLING OFF of the lamp. Mildew on the ceiling in the bathroom. There were stickers on the fridge as if someone had previously been living in that room.
