The pet policy has changed from our previous visit and we were rejected for pets and had to cancel. All websites state that you are pet-friendly which was a lie. Please update your web sites to state pet unfriendliness.

I never had any issues with my stay at Days Inn Grayson other than the fact that they accuse me of destroying a white comforter with pizza sauce that I did not destroy. There was no pizza in that room there was nothing with orange sauce in that room to have gotten on a comforter They charged me $60 for the comforter after I left. I called to inquire an Angela the manager was very rude and would not allow me to speak to anyone else about the situation. I asked for the owner's contact info and she said NO! I asked why and she said it's because they are Indian. I have no idea why I was not allowed to speak to someone else.
