Positives: Our 1st room smelt like cigarettes and had to switch rooms. The 2nd room the AC unit made a very loud whining noise. The bathroom had a piece of the shower panel coming off and you could see a lot of mold build up.

Positives: Quiet despite being near an airport. Donna in reception was helpful and friendly.

Negatives: The Muslim woman in reception was unwelcoming and never smiled. Sorry to have to identify her by her hood, but she did not give me her name.
