Positives: Bed would have been comfortable except we requested a non smoking room and was given a smoking room, I woke up during the night with headache from sleeping on the smoked pillow

Negatives: There were no towels or toilet paper in the room, outlets didn't work, the clock didn't work because the outlets didn't. Took over 10 minutes to get hot water to shower or wash our faces. Front desk was called and they never returned our call about getting ahold of maintenance. I've stayed in many Quality Inns and never have I had experience like this. Quality Inn should be ashamed to have their name on this facility
