I needed extra pillars for a chronic back problem and never received them call twice and the lady at the counter said that I would have them. But when my child went down there they said they didn't have any after 9pm so my sleep was really awful and so was my back the next day.

Everything!!! The building inside and the outside was very maintained, and very clean. Nice roomy bathrooms, comfy bed. Loved it, the best hotel I've ever stayed at!!!!! I even told the cleaning people they did a good job. Left them a tip in the room, I would of give them more, but it was the cash on me. I was a very happy customer. I will definitely stay here again.
Negatives:
That it was the only one in Kentucky. I was going to make another reservation in another city, but there isn't another Avid in Kentucky. Hope they build more.
