The rooms were fairly clean. There was a water leak in my room, water pouring from the ceiling; I was immediately switched to another room even though the hotel was busy due to the conference I was attending. Breakfast was amazing. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

They don’t tell you ahead of time that they are going to authorize additional fees of $100-250 for incidentals.

Positives:
Breakfast was good. We liked the pool facilities and the game room basketball court etc. They have all types of things for the kids to do.
Negatives:
The room smelled really bad. When we arrived we had issues with our door handle it was slightly broken so it was difficult to entering the room.
There were cigarettes in the jacuzzi , it smelled as if someone has spilled beer in or near the jacuzzi so the smell was not appealing.
