Days Inn & Suites by Wyndham Lexington

Negatives: Smelt.

Negatives: I wasn't able to connect to the wifi my whole stay and I work from my computer. They neglected to inform me when I checked in that I wouldn't be able to connect to the wifi from my room (it was far away from the Spectrum server which is also weak). I went to the front desk twice and they told me there was nothing they could do about it. I had to check out a day early so I could go somewhere with connectivity. I asked for a refund for the day/night I wasn't there, which I paid for, and they never gave it to me. Being a Days Inn repeat customer, I was so disappointed, I should have at least got that night's refund.

Negatives: There was a dead cock roach about 1 in long on the table. There was garbage in the corners and on the floor. There was a used diabetic strip by the bed. There was only enough toilet paper to use the bathroom 2 times! There was not any extra rolls. None of the lights worked on the right side of the room. There was also what looked like a dirty towel folded up with clean towels! I let the managers know but never received a response.

Negatives: Needs more lighting in the bathrooms and rooms.

Negatives: Reserved a king didn't get one manager changed it but no one knew why and they were booked. Bathroom was dirty room was dirty towels were dirty. I asked for clean body towels they gave me hand towels so I had to ask again. I asked for manager since I didn't have a king bed and everything was dirty was told he'll get back to me but he was never there. Then I was charged for extra days after I left, the charges were more a night then my nights i stayed and the staff kept saying it an accident and it was being refunded and it wasn't, once again manager was supposed to contact me and he was never there.

Negatives: I use the booking site to reserve the room, when we got to hotel I was charged for room again, the morning receptionist said she put money back on card, that didn't happen-- I didn't notice until we had gotten back home, so I got charged twice for room.

Negatives: We checked in, went to our room and it was disgusting, filthy and nothing the way it looked or was described on your sight nor booking.com sight. We talked to the manager about the room who said he would send someone right down to clean it while we ran errands. We left and did NOT leave our things in the room while we were out. Came back an hour later and it hadn't been touched. Cigarette burn holes in chair, in a Non Smoking room. The bathtub was filthy. Had also requested a room with a balcony as it was listed on the website and paid and extra $5.00 for the upgrade. Food flung on wall over the trashcan. We went back to the manager and told him we would like a refund as we weren't staying there. We were offered another room but couldn't really see another room in that place being any different. He told us we would receive a refund through booking.com. We ended up leaving, the place was run down and filthy. We NEVER stayed and found another hotel to stay at. The website as well as booking.com completely MISREPRENTED this place. I would never have kids in this place. I DO EXPECT A REFUND. Below are pictures of the burn holes, filthy bathtub, nasty stains on curtain and trash in the floor.

Negatives: The restrooms were gross. The towels were dirty. My refrigerator didn’t work and there was mold all over the toilet and start of mold in the grout. Definitely need to hire some new housekeepers. 0/10 on my stay. Very unsatisfied.
