I did not sleep for 2 days. The entire stay was terrible as far as getting any sleep or rest. The 1st night there was a dog next door that barked and scratched on the walls up until they checked out. 2nd night, no sleep as there was a college tour group

Loved everything about this hotel. walking into the lobby there are 3 water fountains and a planted jungle. The room was huge and very clean. Best of all was onsite chef to make breakfast. Also a bar in the evenings with food too.

Pool was very cold. Took almost 1.5 hours to receive food from the restaurant in the hotel. There was not enough shampoo or conditioner in their pump dispensers. The carpet tacks were exposed in the threshold of the bedroom area.

Beautiful hotel. The king suite was comfortable, clean, and relaxing. The atrium is beautiful and the sound of running water from the fountains was very relaxing while I sipped a drink from the bar. Staff was very nice. I would definitely go back!
