Nothing. I'm a Hiltin member for years stayed in so many Homewood Suite location but this one couldn't be Homewood Suite property.
Negatives:
Hotel had smell. Carpets were old and dirty. Calling front desk from my room phone always rang busy...All Day. Night time desk worker said they ran out of all towels...HUH??? And had to wait til next day when a Housekeeper worker shows to start washing towel which even at 930am next day there still was no towel.
Ask manager to call me for complaint no cal yet after 4 days. Never again

Night staff guy was super rude. We had a couple questions and he was extremely annoyed to answer anything. Said we couldn't use the pool even though we just watched people in it.

I liked that the location was pretty central. Nice pool. Clean. Liked the mini kitchen with dishes included in it. Friendly staff.
Negatives:
The breakfast wasn't very good. I expected fresher options and the typical waffle or pancake option. I was pleasantly surprised by the chia seed "pudding/oatmeal" option but for the cost I feel there could've been more.

The facilities met the expectations for a Hilton Property, but the Room (110 and 109), had a smell that was very pungent and hard to remove from clothing and personal items. It was quite hard to concentrate on relaxation and to really enjoy the Conference I was attending! We enjoyed Lexington, Kentucky overall!
