The staff told me they didn't have a room except in the 5th Floor, I reserved my room thru booking.com wanting a walk in shower and got to the 5th Floor to find a tub shower, headed back to the front desk and was given the correct type of room I reserved...on the 2nd floor.... so I was lied to about having one on a lower floor. I was also told when using booking.com I am not guaranteed to get the room I reserved....
The room only had 2 wash cloths, 2 hand towels and 2 bath towels. Here's the worst thing... one bar of soap....used and slid back into an opened package!!!

Location was good.
Negatives:
The staff told me to come down and get my own pillows and blankets because they were too busy. Food is not brought up to room so you have to wait 25+ minutes for it downstairs. The bathroom was dirty and there was a bug in the shower that we moved into the toilet.
