Location. Driving and walking distance to certain food and drink options. Close to the event as well I was attending. Surrounding area seemed safe.

The floor was sticky, the non-smoking room smelled of smoke. No microwave, no fridge, no tv access to CNBC or Fox News. Yet the room was pricey vs. others in the area.

Beds had springs sticking out,walls are paper thin, no amenities not even a coffee maker that works. Overall very piss poor accommodations.

The lady that checked me in was wonderful. She needs a raise in pay!

I'm very picky about places being clean. With that said for the most part everything was great. I would like to see a little more effort put into a few things but I will talk to the people here about that.

No refrigerator and no microwave. Generic TV remote. Heat is generated from the ceiling - does great for heating the room above or the roof!

when someone the not distrub sign up. Why was people knocking on door. why have sign up it means do not enter or knocking. check out not until 11 am. It is 630 pm at night. I feel like that was disrespectful. There was no micriwave or no icebox for food.
