Everything...our tv didn't work, we had to go get batteries at the front desk and it still didn't work. We than had to physically move from our room to another. So much annoyance! The room smelled like cleaner so strong it made us all ill. Felt very unsafe!

There was a shelf or something missing from the room so there was a metal thing attached to the floor that we had tripped over several times.
