Negatives:
Kitchen not well equipped, asked for a coffee pot was told they only had the single service one with the provided pods. Next day saw a storage closet full of coffee pots and other items like rice cooker etc that were not found in my room. Skillet was Teflon and pealing would not use. Carpet in lobby had something sticky on it that was difficult to get off my shoes. Heat didn’t work very well. Thermostat difficult to operate.

The rooms are not handicap accessible especially if one is in a powered wheelchair. Could not get in bathroom. The room was too small.
