Positives:
The location was great—right on bourbon row. Bar in the lobby had games (Jenga, chess, Connect 4). Staff was very nice. Air conditioning kept room cool during the heat wave. Lots of pillows.
Negatives:
Only clean rooms every other day. Toilets took multiple times to flush anything. You could hear noise outside through the windows. Woke me up at 5 am to garbage trucks. Also heard cars speeding. The workout room and ice were in the basement—and it looks like an unfinished basement. No place to hang towels. My husband thought the bed was lumpy.

The staff were fantastic! Really friendly and proactive. Room was very clean and facilities were nice, with good location.
Negatives:
I was put into a room for someone with accessibility (wheelchair) needs (though I myself do not use a wheelchair - was just a random assignment!), and I think this room could do with upgrading. The bathroom in particular wasn't really suitable; because the shower is wheelchair accessible, there's no bathtub in the shower, meaning the water went all over the floor. There were two drains, but it really wasn't sufficient. Even when I just took a 5-min body shower, the whole bathroom turned into a lake. The staff were great about getting me a squeegie to mop it up, but if I had actually been a wheelchair user, it wouldn't have been a pleasant experience!
