I like the fact that it was clean the room was comfortable however we asked for our rooms which we rented too to be on the first floor because my 72 year old mother is handicapped and they put us on the third floor all the way down a long hallway. My mother had a very hard time getting down to the pool so she spent most of the time in her room instead of it being spent with her great grandchildren. Other than that we absolutely love the hotel it was clean the breakfast was amazing the staff was awesome.
Negatives:
We asked for a first floor I even called to let them know that my 72 mother is handicapped we rented two rooms they assured us that there would be no problem when someone rents two friends at the same time they always put them side by side so we're thinking that we're going to have a first floor and we didn't had a third floor all the way down this long hallway that's my 70 year old handicapped mother had a walk.
