Negatives: We paid for a king size balcony room. and we did not receive a balcony room. when I told the front desk this they said there was nothing they could do because it wasn't listed on the order. even though this is what I paid doe. I would like to be compensated because I do not believe it to be fair to pay over 300 dollars for a room that I did not purchase.
