The property was under construction. We weren’t informed of this prior to booking, the room had stained carpet and the bathroom wasn’t well cleaned, hair and pubic hair

Unsatisfactory for Embassy suites

Didn’t like that much about property

They were jackhammering concrete and it was dusty all in the air when me and my pregnant wife arrived (probably not safe to be breathing without a respirator) once finally in our room stains all over floor and cleaning supplies everywhere.

hotel was under reconstruction as well as the rooms and the rooms were poor with leaks stopped up toilets (3) so bad that we had to change rooms and the new room had leaking shower . It seemed that the mattress was old. vertical molding that was coming off of the corner.

Didn't like not having a heads up about construction and pool being closed. During this time the rate should have reflected the inconvenience. Couch was hard. Visited an embassy 3 days prior I. Philly and couch was amazing.
