After Sunday, Nov 24th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in New York), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation after Nov 24, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Any cancellation received within 1 day prior to arrival date will incur the first night charge. Failure to arrive at your hotel or property will be treated as a No-Show and will incur the first night charge (Property policy).

Positives: Cleaning was very perfect; that made me calm.

Negatives: Breakfast; there was no juice, no bread etc. I think the staff directed me totally different. Doesn't look like breakfast venue at all per my previous staying at different hotels. Check in lady waisted almost an hour and no experience how to deal with customers. I would recommend to train them.

Positives: The location is conveniently located near all major expressways, and is clean, comfortable and cost-affordable. Don't let the bad reviews fool you. People can be overly needy and judgmental at times. I've enjoyed my stay.

Positives: The staff members were very helpful and polite. They had coffee available in the morning with some breakfast muffins and bars. The location is great and there are many amenities in the surrounding area.

Negatives: The maintenance of the hotel was somewhat lacking. There were 6 stink bugs in the room that I killed, and the door had a 1/2 inch gap at the bottom.
