Location was great. Convenient parking garage attached.
Negatives:
Almost every single staff member was either stiff or completely rude, witnessed them treating others that way as well. Paid extra for facilities including rooftop bar and restaurant which I assumed would stay open until the 2am stated time online, especially on a Saturday night. Instead they shut everything down at 1030pm, without giving us any reason, which angered and disappointed many people.

The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable, and when we had to move got us changed right away, no hassle
The rooftop bar is a great place to hang out.
Negatives:
I would have appreciated and better array of pillow options. They were all the same type and much too soft for my liking, even with all 4 pilled up.
There should be a fan in the bathrooms.
We had to change rooms because of a leak in the bathroom above us in the first room

Positives:
all around pretty decent. was more happy with the location and how centralized it was. Went to a concert and dinner the breakfast the next day. Walked everywhere and didn’t have to go more than a block or two. That was probably the best part.
Negatives:
Other than that it honestly didn’t have A/C which sucked, staff didn’t really like talking to us and wasn’t able to get the contactless room key. Other than that, I was happy.
